It would be worthwhile for a cleaner Chile, which would be best for the tax
- NO Plugged sewer
- Landfills
with longer life - less consumption of plastic bottles
- Less consumption of plastic bags, etc ... .
is important to know that in the European Union is not allowed the export of fruit in plastic boxes and neither drinks are plastic containers, just so long to see the postcards of some European countries, indeed in Spain will prohibit use of plastic bags in supermarkets and so make use of a cart for the merchandise.
It is important to call the legislators of the Republic of Chile, to impose a tax on household waste, as well the people of my country, would have to wake up excess trash that we dump every day.

USED
Food processing is a daily energy demand in homes, often marked by energy waste.
try to use pressure cookers, because with them you can achieve higher temperatures, reducing cooking time by up to 50%. Boil water in a kettle, it is more efficient than heating in the kitchen, and then stores the hot water in a thermos. ---------------------
USA
The increasing use of appliances, for example, washing and drying clothes-h to greater energy demand, that is, increased pressure on natural resources.
When using the washing machine with full loads and do not select high wash temperatures, with 90% of the energy consumed by the washer is used to heat the water. Do not use programs longer than necessary and used only for pre-wash heavily soiled clothes. ---------------------
REDUCE
Between 1997 and 2007 were imported to Chile more than 240 thousand units air conditioners, which require significant energy consumption in the summer. In an area of \u200b\u200b20 square meters, air conditioning consumes about 1000 watts per hour of operation.
Reduce the hours of operation of the equipment. Country Energy Efficiency Program estimates that if these 240 000 teams reduced their use for 3 hours daily for 60 days, could generate savings of 43.2 GWh and would be reduced by 18 000 tonnes the quantity of carbon dioxide emitted into the atmosphere. ---------------------
SAVE
not only industries but also the high energy consumption in households have a responsibility for global warming.
Save energy. Replace a compact fluorescent bulb prevents 68 kg of carbon dioxide a year per person. ---------------------
RECYCLE
an aluminum delay of 350 to 400 years to biodegrade and their production involves dioxide air pollution producing sulfuric acid rain.
Recycle cans, get recycled aluminum reduces pollution and contributes to lower power usage compared to the processing of virgin materials. Recycling one aluminum can saves the energy needed to keep a TV on for 3 hours. ---------------------
CONSIDERS
electrical appliances in the kitchen modern life much easier, but if not used properly can become a source of wasted energy. Consider
following aspects of energy efficiency in your refrigerator: do not buy a larger than necessary, it will consume more than the right thing, keep it at 5 ° C and -18 º C, keep the door open as quickly as possible and check the tires that seal, replace if damaged. ---------------------
CONSIDERS A house can become a permanent source of environmental impacts if their design does not provide this variable. If you are building, consider the bioclimatic design, trying to orient windows and distributing space taking into account the terrain, the path of the sun and drafts. A well designed, can reduce heating bills by 75%. ---------------------
SEPARATES
Botar scrap unauthorized places disfigures the landscape and environmental wasted opportunity, because if instead of it is sent for recycling are reduced by 71% emissions of air pollutants and 56% water, and energy savings of 52%.
Separate scrap of garbage and remitting recyclable material collectors in your district. ---------------------
COLABORA
energy demand in Chile is growing at around 5% per year, equivalent to a reservoir of 1,400 million m3 dedicated only to produce energy. Na
form of saving water is to minimize the consumption of electricity: turn off lights and appliances when not in use, includes the criterion of energy efficiency in your purchasing decisions and use bulbs efficient, although more expensive, last longer and spend less. ---------------------
SAVE
world's glaciers are receding due to global warming.
Supports the development of renewable energy as opposed to those based on coal, natural gas and oil, and ensuring the efficient use of electrical appliances in the home.

Decrease consumption of energy at home translates into cost savings for the family finances and personnel. Furthermore, you thereby contributes to reducing emissions of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, the main cause of climate change. Step
1: Energy Assessment
The first step to implement a plan for energy efficiency at home is to make an assessment to determine which areas are consuming more energy. An assessment of energy use shows those areas that are not efficient and will help you select the most effective measures to reduce the cost of energy bills.
Key recommendations for assessment of energy efficiency in your home:
* Evaluate the appliances are running smoothly. See the respective manuals to find out what maintenance recommended for each of them.
* Identify places in your home to determine possible sources of waste as much energy. Check for cracks, holes or holes around the walls, window frames, lights, plumbing fixtures, switches and plugs.
* Check insulation levels in attics, the interior ceiling, walls, floors and spaces for access to ducts and pipes.
* Finally, analyze the patterns of behavior and energy usage needs of your family.
Step 2: Develop a Savings Plan
Once the assessment develop a plan of energy saving energy consumption in the purchases and improvements to be done to make your home more energy efficient. Make a list detailing the most to least, those places where the greatest amount of wasted energy. Then make a budget and determine both the amount of time and money spent to do maintenance, repairs and potential purchases.
Step 3: Take Action
Start making these changes at home. For this Solener, the leader in solar and wind energy in Chile, offers a series of recommendations to help you make your house into a energy efficient housing.
